59 percentage of total population lived in Flemish region and spoke Dutch language and 40 percentage of people lived in wallonia region and spoke French thus the Dutch were in majority but in the capital of Belgium,brusels 80 percentage people spoke French and 20 percentage Dutch so here French are in majority thus both the communities will clame over Brussels and this could lead to a messy partition of the country.
