Yes. Brutus betrayed Caeser but his betrayal has a good enough reason for it. The welfare of the country was far more important than Brutus's loyality to Caeser.

This shows that Brutus was very patriotic although he loved Caesar he loved his country more. And in order for the benefit of the country he thought it was the right decision to kill Brutus as we was completely influenced by Cassius an the other conspirators.
