Ms. Reena's daughter Richa was not interested in studies

and did not get good marks. One day the Principal called her, and they discussed

the reasons for Richa's disregard for studies.

Principal - "Ms. Reena, have you noticed that Richa

is not doing well in studies."

Ms. Reena - "Yes, Madam."

Principal - "I feel bad to tell you that if she

continues like this we may have to remove her from the school."

Ms. Reena - "Madam, please give her one chance to

improve."

Principal - "What is the reason for her disregard for

studies ?"

Ms. Reena - " In our family none of the girls have ever

gone to school. I also do not know how to read and write. So when Richa comes

home and asks me to explain something I am unable to help her. Her father is

very busy with his job and does not get any time to help her in studies."

Principal - "Oh, so she must be finding it difficult to

cope up with the other students."

Ms. Reena - "Yes, she comes home and cries that she

is unable to understand many things."

Principal - "I wish you had told me this before. I will

ask the teachers to pay special attention to her. She will soon develop

interest in studies."

Ms. Reena - "Thank you so much for your

consideration."

Principal: Hello ma’am. Please have a seat.

Student's father: Thank you so much.

Principal: Yes please, tell me.

Student's father: Actually I wanted to know about the progress of my child.

Principal: Karan is doing well in all the subjects except mathematics.

Student's father: But mathematics is a subject he practices a lot.

Principal: He needs more attention on that.

Student's father: Sure, we will focus on him but I want that more attention should be given to him in his class so that he can score good grades.

Principal: Don’t worry, I had a word with his mathematics teacher and I discussed his problem with her.

Student's father: Thank you so much.

Principal: Please don’t mention that.

Student's father: I have one more request. If you could please update me with his progress in the last month.

Principal: Sure, you can have a word with me anytime or we can also fix a meeting.

Student's father: Sure.

Principal: Rest don’t worry, he is under our guidance and we will take right care of him.

Student's father: Thank you, ma’am.

Principal: You’re welcome.
