Bulb connected in series will have equal potential difference
but resistance in series have different potential difference . Why?

In a series circuit, the current is the same at each resistor. If the light bulbs are identical, then the resistance is the same for each resistor. ... Thus the electric potential difference across any one of the bulbs will be the same as that across any one of the other bulbs
