yes without electric bulb will not glow

anantkale2015p4pm4n: explain why
kinjal10: when electric current passes through a bulb the filament of the bulb gets heated at a high temperature. this is called heating effect of current. the temperature is so high that it starts glowing. however if the current through the circuit is weak the filament does not heats sufficiently and the bulb will not glow.
