Bullet Train-is relevant in india

No i think bullet train is not relevant for the country. the first reason  is that we dont have enough money to buy a single train. the cost of one bullet train is rs.60,000 crores and to build the huge big big station also needs a lot of money. but if people co operats  with our honourable prime minister.then it could be possible to bring the bullet train. but instead of wasting time in buying the bullet train we can improve the conditions of the express train now  in India . today now in India many accidents are taking place that is due to railway gate.instead of bringing bullet train we can improve and solve this types of problems.....
