Here, p[x] = 4x²- 2x + k - 4

Here Alpha = 4, 6 = -2, C= 4 - k

Given Alpha & Beta are zero's of the given polynomial

Alpha = 1/ Beta

=> Beta = 1/ Alpha

Alpha × Beta = 1

Also Alpha × Beta = c/a = K-4/4

So, K- 4 = 1

4

K - 4 = 4

K = 4 + 4

= 8
