Burning fossil fuels is a cause of global warming. Justify this statement.

burning fossil fuels results in global warming becuase on burning they release carbon dioxide and incomplete combustion release carbon monoxide which leads to the warming up of environment and leads to the melting of glaciers

When we hear about fossil fuels, we think about coal, petroleum and natural gas.
We agree, they do help in our day to day household works in daily life. But everything has got its disadvantages :)
They are basically trapped natural resources under the earth's crust. Like, coal is a compressed form of plants and trees which have been in earth's crust for years. Petroleum is a compressed form of trapped animals inside the earth's surface. Hence when coal, petroleum are burnt, they emits harmful gases like chloro fluro carbons which causes the atmosphere to get polluted gradually and warm the atmosphere.
