Buses and trucks have wider wheels some of them also have Double wheels at the back why?

Because the pressure is high on tyre to low the pressure they use wider tyre. Always remember if area is low than pressure is high and if area is large than pressure is low

Putting dual tires on a steering axle would reduce the ground pressure there, but it would greatly increase the effort required to turn the wheels, and would result in a high rate of tire wear. A compromise that is sometimes used is to make the front tires significantlywider than the others.
