RE: OVERCROWDING IN BUSES.
I hope this letter finds you well. It is with great concern that I write this letter to you. This is about my observation of how public buses are overcrowding in the city. This is bringing so many accidents in the city and people are hurt.
Overcrowding in buses leads to poor ventilation in the buses thus, young children feel suffocated. This is a mass problem which should be dealt with the seriousness it deserves.
It is my suggestion that the commuters must follow all the traffic rules. Drivers should not carry excess passengers and those who are found doing that should be punished according to the law. Passengers should also not board buses that are already full.
The above recommendations should be followed to the latter and traffic rules observed and respected. It is my plea that this letter will be of help to the community at large, thank you.
