  1. The buyer black box is the consumer's head. The stimuli then go through the buyer black box, where a decision is formed. The black box consists of two parts.
  2. Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory of motivation which states that five categories of human needs dictate an individual's behavior. Those needs are physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs.
  3. the buyer makes the purchase decision at the fourth stage by selecting the most suitable product.
