a business is entirely different by the individual or individuals who are running the business according to company law.this there may be one person who starts the business or the business maybe run by multiple individuals like if all the members of a family agree to invest money in a business so it's a family business. we may classify as 1)sole propritership 2)partnership 3)corporation
