But now there is no gender discrimination.so why are now a day's women are employed in low paid jobs.?

My friend you are quite wrong about there being no gender discrimination. Women are still being discriminated, although to a much lesser extent. The discrimination is much less as compared to what we have seen from about 30-40 years earlier and beyond. Women do get harrased and their rights taken away domestically. Women getting paid less than men is not just a problem in India, but all throughout the world. So if you're going to employ people, be fair and give men and women equal wages for equal work.
