c) The speaker fears Antony might speak anything against the conspirators who had assassinated Caesar.
d) The speaker has high regard for Antony and trusts him. In spite of Cassius's objection, he allowed Antony to take Caesar's body and give funeral speech. However, for being cautious, he put certain conditions before Antony to which he agreed.
