A) the speaker is Marcus brutus
B) Mark Antony is granted permission
C) brutus is afraid of Antony instigating the people and telling their truth about killing Caesar
D) these lines show that brutus was cunning and wanted to become gud before the roman people.....

C.) The speaker was afraid of the crowd, if mark Antony say wrong about Brutus and others, the mob would not be controlled..

D.) I think that Brutus has done biggest mistake by giving mark Antony permission to speak in front of mob because he was a great orator and he can make the mob against the conspirators....
