Answer:

A. The speaker is Shylock and he has to go to have a supper with Bassanio and his friends.

B. Shylock has to go in hate because he hated Christians, especially Antonio. He hated them because they insulted and socially ostracized Jews only for their religion.

C. The speaker (Shylock) instructs the listener (Jessica) to shut all the windows and doors after he leaves, by saying the old proverb, "Fast bind, Fast find".

D. Launcelot beseech Shylock to come to sup with Bassanio.

Sorry do not know the reason.

Sorry cannot answer E. properly.

Hope it helps.
