Antibiotics are the effective drugs which work against bacterial infections, fungal and parasitic infections. Antibiotics do not work against viral infections. Excess use of antibiotics causes many disorders in the body. *Body develops antibiotic resistance, the condition at which no antibiotics can work to fight against pathogens. *Antibiotics may also kill some useful bacteria present in our body. *Excess usage of antibiotics leads to the development of many side effects. These may include respiratory side effects, skin side effects, intestinal side effects etc.
