but why not all whole numbers are natural number​

Answer:

all whole numbers are not natural numbers. because natural numbers are 1,2,3.... and whole numbers are 0,1,2,3... so 0 is not a natural number but it is a whole numebr so we say all whole numbers are not natural numbers.

Because Natuaral no. do not include 0 while whole no.include 0....this contradicts the whole no.of being a natural no.
