Butter is solid at room temperature but mustard oil is liquid why??

Ahsanavvab: Butter is made from triglycerides that have three fatty acid tails. They are made from animal fats that contain saturatted fatty acids that are solid at room temperature. Soft margerine is made of plant fats which remain liquid at room temperatures like the mustard oil.
