butter milk get spoilt if kept in a brass vessel

Milk is not kept in brass vessel because it reacts with metal and the substance changes into a poison which is unhealthy for a human

When butter milk is kept in brass metal the lactic acid in it reacts with the copper or brass metal.It produces a toxic salt which makes it to get spoilt. Hope it helps...☺
