The Shape effects button on the Format tab is used to apply 3-D rotation to a  shape.

  • MS Powerpoint offers the feature of adding 3 Dimensional rotation to the shapes to make them more attractive and appealing.
  • It is available under the Drawing tools format tab ribbon.
  • Under this tab, you need to select the shape effects option.
  • In the drop-down menu, select the 3-D rotation option. It can also be customized further.
