Often interest is charged when paying with instalments. This means the company/organisation you are paying charges you extra for being able to pay it off over time. So in the end, you end up paying more.
Another disadvantage is that some people buy a whole load of things on instalments and they over commit themselves and cannot afford to make the payments when they are due.
An advantage of buying something on instalments is that you can buy something that you don't have all the money for immediately because you are paying it off over time.

Answer:
I'm agnist this statement that "buying things in installments to go in debt "
Explanation:
I feel that if a person bought a thing from installments of course.,he need not pay all the price at the same time when he buy it. But he should face many difficulties like there will be much pressure and stress on that person from backs or Money lenders. And he should compulsory pay that installment at correct time if not he may loose his property. And his family face problems to pay the extra money as interest along with those installments, And this is my opinion against that statement.
