By applying a potential difference of 10V across a conductor a current of 1.5A passes through it. How much energy would be obtained from the current in 2 minutes?

Energy E = V × I × t

V = 10 V

I = 1.5 A

t =  2 mins = 2 × 60 = 120 sec

So, Energy = 10 × 1.5 × 120 = 1800 Joules

Hope it helps :)
