Dear Sir,
Subject: Proposal for Excursion
This letter is intended to serve as a request for an excursion for the students of classes 11th and 12th to Agra from 10th June 2018 to 15th June 2018. The trip is hoped t be both enjoyable and enriching, leaving some useful learning behind with the students.
We would like to organize a few activities so that the trip remains energetic and enthusiastic throughout. These activities are going to be oriented upon the places we visit, thus helping the students get a better understanding of these locations as they complete the tasks. The activities in mind are Photography, Creative Writing, Quiz, Graphic Designing and Art. One winner shall be announced for each event and prizes given away upon reaching back.
As we would be collecting money from the students itself, the school will only be needed to arrange for the facilities like bus, etc. The charges for the same, can be fulfilled by the students. The following is a list of the necessary facilities.
