The given equations are :-
3x+y=1___(1)
2x=11y +3
therefore..2x-11y=3__(2)
Comparing the given equations with a1x+b1y =c1 and a2x +b2y =c2 respectively ..
we get:
a1=3,b1=1,c1=1
a2=2,b2=-11 ,c2=3
