Answer:

2.60gm CaO will be produced

Explanation:

Ca=40

C=12

O=16

O*3=48

40+12+16+48=116

116÷25=4.64

Ca+O

40+16=56

56÷4.64=2.60

CaO=2.60

Answer:14g of CaO is produced

Explanation:

Ca =40

C = 12

O= 16

CaCO3 = 40 +12+16(3) =100g = 1mole

Given 25g = 25/100 = 0.25 mole

CaCO3 ( on heating )---> CaO + CO2

CaO = 40 + 16 = 56g = 1 mole

For 0.25 moles CaO produced = 56×0.25 = 14g
