2x-y = 3------(1)

x-2y = -3------(2)

to get value of 'x' multiply equation (1) with 2

4x-2y =6

x-2y = -3

subtract the two equations

then,

3x = 9

x = 9/3

x = 3

then we got value of x

substitute value of x in any equation

from equation (1)

2(3)-y = 3

6 -y = 3

y = 3
