By given equation find the the triangle is right angle or not :

40,30,20

we know

sides^2 + sides^2 = hypotenuse ^2

now

let the sides be 20 and 30

hypotenuse = 40

so

20^2 + 30^2
= 400 + 900
=1300

now

40^2 = 1600

1300 is not equal to 1600

therefore it is not a right angled triangle

if these three sides will satisfy PGT then it will be Right angle lets check:
H²=P²+B²
40²= 1600
P²+B²
=30²+20²
=900+400
= 1300
SO, H²≠B²+P²
So it is not right angled triangle
