Diffusion means entermixing of different particles
For example
When perfume is spread it start mixing with gas particles
In other language you can say it moves towards low concentration
When concentration is same after sometime it do not move as it is mixed
In liquid when salt is put in water it starts mixing with water or moves towards lower concentration
In solids it can also be seen when we write something and do not erase it for a months it will get stucked in it and will not be erased easily because particles of chalk and noard get mixed
