The days will be darker. We will know it is day only by looking at the sun. Or also by heat.
In the absence of an atmosphere our days will be hotter and nights will be colder.
As there is no atmosphere to retain the heat from the sun, our nights will get extremely cold! Also, we will be exposed to much more radiation during the day as there is no atmosphere to block it.
And third, our days will be 4 minutes shorter!
This is the most interesting one. To understand this let's look at how atmosphere affects the length of a day.
Our atmosphere refracts light coming from space. Because the speed of light is lower in the atmosphere compared to the vacuum of space, the direction of the light waves is slightly affected during this transition. This is called atmospheric refraction.
Due to the atmospheric refraction, we are able to see the sun when it is actually below the horizon!
The same can be observed at the sunset, when we see the apparent sunset 2 minutes after the actual sunset.
If atmosphere is absent, we will not be able to observe this. Our days will start 2 minutes late and end 2 minutes early!
Also, we wouldn't be able to survive even 1 whole day without an atmosphere, so it wouldn't really matter.
