With increase in the  temperature of the conductor, the number of collisions between the free electrons increases due to the increase in thermal energy resulting in the random motion of the  electrons. These electrons find it difficult to the  drift in a particular direction for conduction.

The temperature increases the velocity of the molecules flowing hence the kinetic energy of the fluid increases with increase in temperature.
