Resistivity will increase with temp. In semiconductor and in conductor specific resistance decreases because relaxation time of electron in conductor

The specific resistance of a conductor is directly proportional to temperature.

It means that if the temperature increases then resistance also increase and if the temperature decreases than resistance also get decreases..

HOPE THIS HELPZZ
