By pointing towards a photograph Suresh said..that he is the son of the only son of my mother..then what is the relation between Suresh and that boy????....

Suresh says that 'he is the son of the only son of my mother ' means that the person is grandson of Suresh's mother .

As Suresh's mother has her son as Suresh, therefore the person is Suresh's own child.
