SP - CP=GAIN

SP of 100 mangoes - CP = SP of 20 mangoes ...... (i)
CP=SP of 100 mangoes-SP of 20 mangoes or, SP of 80 mangoes .... (ii)

Let SP of 80 mangoes be rs 80
CP of 100 mangoes=rs 80
SP of 100 mangoes=rs 100
therefore,gain=rs 100 - rs 80
= rs 20
gain percent= (20÷80)×100%=25%
