➡Let the CP of 1 pencil be ₹ 1
➡CP of 190 pencils = ₹ 1 * 190 = ₹190
➡Loss = SP of 10 pencils
➡loss = ₹ 10
➡Loss % = loss / cp * 100
➡10/190 * 100
➡5.26%

Let
Sp=₹190
Loss=₹10
Cp=Sp +Loss
=190 +10
=₹200
Loss%=loss/cp*100
=10/200*100
=5%
