Given:

Total Mangoes = 5 Dozen

Price of the Mangoes = Rs. 156

Gained Quantity = 3/10

To Find:

Retail price per mango in order to gain 60%

Solution:

Let the CP of 5 dozen mangoes be =x

Now, SP = 156 and gain = 0.3x

Therefore,

156 - x = 0.3x

156 = 0.3x + x

1.3x = 156

x = 120

Therefore, SP of 60 mangoes = 120 x 1.6

= 192

Now, SP of one mango

= 192/60

= 3.2

Answer: The retail price of per mango should be Rs. 3.2
