so lets form an equation

=> 150 =  x - 1/6 of x

=> 150 = x - 1x/6

=>150 = 6x/6 - 1x/6

=>150 = 5x/6

=> x = 150 * 6 / 5

       = 30*6

       = rs 180

lets check

180 *1/6 = 30

hence the costprice is 180
