when he sells product at rs 100 he gets 10 rs profit.

therefore, on selling product at rs 1430 =1430x10/110

=130

Therefore cost price of product= 1430-130=1300

So, Cost Price = 1430 X {100 ÷ (100 + 10)}

= 1430 X 10/11

=1430/11

= Rs. 1300 (Ans.)
