let the cp be Rs.x, gain%=10 %, sp=Rs.165
then
x+10x/100=165
=> x+x/10=165
=> 11*x/10=165
=>x=1650/11=150
cp=Rs.150
new sp=157.50
gain= sp-cp=7.50
gain%= 7.50*100/150
= 750/150
=5
therefore, mukti gains 5%.
