Solutions :-
Given :
Selling price = Rs 18330
Find the cost price at the gain of 4% :-
C.P = (S.P × 100)/(100 + gain)
= Rs (18330 × 100)/(100 + 4)
= Rs 1833000/104
= Rs 17625
Now,
Find the Selling price to gain 12% :-
S.P = C.P + gain% of C.P
= Rs 17625 + 12% of 17625
= Rs 17625 + 0.12 × 17625
= Rs 17625 + 2115
= Rs 19740
Hence,
The Selling price to gain 12% = Rs 19740
Given :
Selling price = Rs 18330
Find the cost price at the gain of 4% :-
C.P = (S.P × 100)/(100 + gain)
= Rs (18330 × 100)/(100 + 4)
= Rs 1833000/104
= Rs 17625
Now,
Find the Selling price to gain 12% :-
S.P = C.P + gain% of C.P
= Rs 17625 + 12% of 17625
= Rs 17625 + 0.12 × 17625
= Rs 17625 + 2115
= Rs 19740
Hence,
The Selling price to gain 12% = Rs 19740

Dear ,
Your Answer is ; ₹19,740
=≈≈≈===≈≈≈≈≈===≈≈≈≈≈=≈≈=
Step by Step Explanation ;-
=≈≈≈===≈≈≈≈≈===≈≈≈≈≈=≈≈=
Given ;-
• Selling Price ( SP ) = ₹18,330
Now ,
Finding the Cost Price ( CP ) with the gain of 4% on it ;-
We know that ;-
• CP = { SP × 100 } ÷ { 100 + Gain }
So,
=> ₹{ 18,330 × 100 } ÷ { 100 + 4 }
=> ₹ 17,625
Now ,
Finding the Selling Price ( SP ) for the gain of 12% ;-
We know that ;-
• SP = CP + gain% of CP
So ,
=> ₹17,625 + 12% of ₹17,625
=> ₹17,625 + 12/100 × ₹17,625
=> ₹ 19,740
Therefore ,
₹ 19,740 will be the selling price to gain 12%.
