therefore,

S.P. of cooler = Rs.1150

To find,

C.P. of room cooler = ?

Solution,

Loss suffered by sushil = 100-8%

= 92%

Therefore,

C.P. = 100×S.P. ÷ 100-Loss%

=100×1150-100-8

= 100×1150÷92

= 1250

Hence, the C.P. of the room cooler is Rs.1250.
