cp= 200
second sp=275
sp >cp
gain= sp - cp
gain=275-200=75
now gain%=gain * 100/cp
gain%=75*100/200
gain%=75/2
gain%=37.5
gain =20%
cp = 100/100+gain *sp

cp= 200
