sp of umbrella=115.20
loss in selling=10%
then,
cp of umbrella=(sp×100)÷(100-loss%)
" =
115.20 \times 100 \div 90
cp of umbrella=128
for gaining of 5% we will take out 5% profit of 128 (cp of umbrella)
Sp=(Cp×profit%+100)=100
" =(128×110)÷100
"=140.80 rs

Answer:

of umbrella=115.20

loss in selling=10%

then,

cp of umbrella=(sp×100)÷(100-loss%)

" =

115.20 \times 100 \div 90115.20×100÷90

cp of umbrella=128

for gaining of 5% we will take out 5% profit of 128 (cp of umbrella)

Sp=(Cp×profit%+100)=100

" =(128×110)÷100

"=140.80 rs
