SP of 22mangoes = 100p

SP of one mango = 100/22

CP of one mango = a

100/22 /a   x  100 = 70

a = 10000/(22x70)  = 6.49

CP of one mango = Rs. 6.49

SP to gain 40% = b

b/6.49  x 100 = 140

b = 14x 6.49/10 = 9.09

SP should be for one mango = Rs. 9.09

Number of mangoes for one rupee (100p) = 100/9.09 = 11 mangoes
