Cost of 1 houses = cost of another house = 24600

Let the cost of one house be X

gain price = 12%

New price of house after gain 12% = 24600(1+12/100) = 24600*112/100 = 246*112=

27552

Loss on another house =12%

New price after loss of 12% =

24600(1-12/100) = 24600*88/100 = 246*88= 21648

total price of house = 27552+21648 =49200

total cost price of house = 2*24600= 49200

A man can't gain any rupee as well he can't loose too

because

Sp - Cp = 0

Sp = Cp

while selling two houses .

It may helps you
