Cost of 1 houses = cost of another house = ₹24600
Let the cost of one house be X
gain price = 12%
New price of house after gain 12% = ₹24600(1+12/100) = ₹24600*112/100 = ₹246*112=
₹27552
Loss on another house =12%
New price after loss of 12% =
₹24600(1-12/100) = ₹24600*88/100 = ₹246*88= ₹21648
total price of house = ₹ 27552+₹21648 =₹49200
total cost price of house = 2*₹24600= ₹49200
A man can't gain any rupee as well he can't loose too
because
Sp - Cp = 0
Sp = Cp
while selling two houses .
It may helps you
