2y-10/6-y=-9/2
2y-10/6+9/2=y
2y+10/6=y
y=2.5
substituting the value of y eqn 1
we get, 2x-2.5+9=0
2x=-9+2.5
2x=-7.5 or 75/10 or 25/2 or 12.5
2x=-12.5
x=-12.5/2
x=6.25
