Ans:-Let 1/x =a. and 1/y =b

so the equation would be

7a +8b =2_______(1)

2a + 13b.=22______(2)

[7a + 8b =2]*2

[2a + 13b =22]*7

14a+16b =4

14a + 91b =154

By solving them we get

a= -2

b= 2

x \:  =  - 1 \div 2 \:  \: y \: 1 \div 2
