b) In lines 2 and 3 it is explained that rain rises from the land and the sea. Then the rain soars in sky. In sky they take the shape of clods. And then came on earth in the form of rain droplets.
c) It wash all the dust particles in atmosphere hence, Rain purifies and beautifies the atmosphere. Also it provides life to all of us. If rain doesn't came then seeds will not germinate or grow. And the land remains droughts without rain.
d) The rain rises from land and sea/ocean. Then it soars into the sky where it take the shape of clouds. And then it comes on land in the form of rain. But the water remains same. So, that's why it is said that all together changed and yet the same.
