Ans:-p(x) = 3y³-7y²+5y-7 and zero of 2y - 21 is 21/2

=> p(21/2) = 3(21/2)³ - 7(21/2)² + 5(21/2) - 7

=> p(21/2) = 3×21/2×21/2×21/2 - 7×21/2×21/2 + 5×21/2 - 7

=> p(21/2) = 27783/8 - 3087/4 + 105/2 - 7

=> p(21/2) = (27783 - 6174 + 420 - 56)/8

=> p = 21973/8
