By the third law of motion a std named vivek explains the following concept. He tries pushing a heavy vehicle the result being no movement is observed. And vivek justifies tht opposite and equal forces cancels away. Justify the statement and explain why the heavy vehicle does not move?

according to the third law of motion

every action has an equal and opposite reaction

when Vivek is trying to push the block, block is also applying opposite force on Vivek

since it is a heavy block so block creates high static friction which resist it's motion
